Another One Finished
Myself and 2 friends made this quilt top a few years ago.
It's from the material obession books - the Melbourne ladies.
So much fun to make, a real puzzle. You really need a design wall for this one.
I machine quilted down the wedges then hand quilted with pearl thread, big stiches around each ring.
As far as I know the others 2 are still unquilted And I'm not offering to do them.

Louie II
Within my extended family there will be five babies born.
Actually 3 have already been born.
So, 5 baby quilts are planned.
The first one is for the newest baby, Louie.
A brother for Tommy who I made the robot quilt for.
Next is another Louie, then Noah who was born in Sweden late last year.
2 more babies yet to come.
I hope they are girls, I have girly ideas for quilts.

I'm Back
It's been awhile since I've posted but not much sewing has been going on in the Sheila Shed over our incredibly hot summer.
